How To Make A Wise Waffle 

1 bag yields 5 standard waffles or 10 mini waffles

6.3 oz (1bag) Wise Waffle Mix
1 cup water
1 tbs melted butter or oil (optional, but recommended)

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Let batter rest until water is fully absorbed (batter will be thick – more like a dough than a standard waffle batter)
  3. Scoop a portion of batter onto a waffle iron preheated to the lowest setting. Be careful not to overfill as the batter will expand.
  4. Apply firm pressure. Cook for 2 minutes or until waffles are golden brown.
  5. Allow waffle surface to cool slightly.
  6. Remove from iron. Let cool on a rack to crisp before serving.

Note: For optimal results, we recommend using a standard or mini waffle iron.
